We are committed to delivering your natural personal care products safely and on time. This shipping policy applies to all orders of our products including natural soaps, shampoos, conditioners, face wash, scrubs, masks, and body care items.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation message or tracking details, if available.

2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location:

  • Within India: 4–8 business days after dispatch
  • Remote or rural areas: 6–10 business days after dispatch

Delivery timelines are estimates and may sometimes be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before completing your order.

In some cases, we may offer free shipping on selected orders or promotional offers.

4. Order Tracking

If tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information after the order is shipped. You can use the tracking number to check the delivery status through the courier service.

5. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address and contact details when placing an order.

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be re-shipped.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or in poor condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and product.

If a package is lost during transit, we will coordinate with the courier service to investigate the issue and provide a suitable solution.

7. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners usually make 2–3 delivery attempts. If the customer is unavailable during delivery attempts, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
