Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We take great care in producing and packaging our natural personal care products such as soaps, shampoos, conditioners, face wash, scrubs, masks, and body care items. Because these products are made for personal use and hygiene, we maintain a strict return and refund policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or leaked during transit.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product is expired at the time of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Customers must provide clear photos or videos showing the issue with the product and packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Products returned after 48 hours of delivery
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

3. Return Request Process

To request a return, customers must contact customer support with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or video evidence of the damaged or incorrect product

4. Refund Policy

If a return request is approved, customers may receive one of the following solutions:

  • Full refund, or
  • Replacement of the same product, depending on availability and customer preference.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval. The amount will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

5. Shipping Charges

  • If the return is approved due to damage, defect, or wrong item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is requested for any other reason (if accepted), the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
